On Monday August 29, 2022 the club met at the Longwood Youth Sport Association clubhouse in Yaphank. Our very own Pres W2PW did a presentation on the handheld that everyone loves to hate, the Baofeng. Pres went over some common menu settings and showed some shortcuts for programming memories.

Sunday we got together and did a practice run for the Fox Hunt, it was a great time, found the little bugger hugging a tree…. We will defiantly do it again. We found out things that we need to do in the future and maybe some additional equipment, all in all we made homemade antennas…
